2. What we process and why
Account data (email, name, password): to give you an account and your downloads. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Order and billing data (address, tax number, items, price, licence, your withdrawal choice): to fulfil the order and to meet tax and accounting duties. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
Payment reference: to match your payment. Card and account details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Proof of payment you upload: to release your order. Deleted once the payment is confirmed and the accounting retention period has passed.
Identity documents, only if you rent a shop: to verify who operates it. Photographs are deleted immediately after the check; the form data is kept as required by law.
Server log data (address, time, page): to keep the service secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
3. How long we keep it
Account data until you close your account. Order and invoice data for the statutory retention period. Log data for a short period, then deleted.
4. Who receives it
Our hosting provider, our payment providers and our email provider, each only as far as needed. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@MyPLR.shop. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority CNPD, www.cnpd.pt
