1. Who you are dealing with

2. What we sell
All products are digital files. There is no physical shipment. Every product states the licence it comes with; the licence page explains what each tier allows.
3. How a contract comes about
Putting products in the cart is not an order. The contract is formed when you press the order button and we confirm your order by email. The confirmation restates the products, the price, the licence and your choice about the right of withdrawal.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown including any applicable tax. Payment methods are shown at checkout. For offline methods you receive the payment details after ordering and upload your proof of payment; the order is released once the payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
After payment your download becomes available in your customer account. If you chose to keep your right of withdrawal, it becomes available once the fourteen days have passed. The download period is stated with the product and is at least fourteen days.
6. Licence
Products are licensed, not sold. You acquire the rights of the tier stated on the product; everything not granted stays with the rights holder. Giving files away for free, publishing them for open download or claiming authorship is never allowed.
7. Right of withdrawal
See the separate withdrawal policy. For digital content the right ends once the download starts, provided you agreed to this and confirmed that you lose the right.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law provides. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, limited to the damage typical for such a contract.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected.
10. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
